Tour Itinerary :
Day 1 : Kochi
Arrive at Kochi airport, proceed to hotel. Kochi - commercial and industrial capital of Kerala. Evening enjoy live Kathakali dance performance, a combination of devotion, drama, dance, music, costumes and make up into a divine experience for all who get to view it.
Day 2 : Kochi – Kumbalanghini village - kaladi - Guruwayur
After breakfast proceed to visit Kumbalanghini – an eco friendly tourist village,to have an authentic Keralian experiance,visit crab farm,banana leaves weaving,chineese fishing net,toddy tapping,rubber tapping, beedi making etc.Later proceed to Kaladi to visit Adi Shankaracharya's birth place. Later we proceed to Guruwayur, also referred as Bhooloka Vaikuntam.Overnight in Guruwayur.
Day 3 : Guruwayur - Munnar
Today moring proceed to visit the Guruvayurappan Temple, where Shri Krishna is worshiped in his child form. Later visit the Elephant Sanctuary. Then we proceed to Munnar – a famous hills station of South India. On arrival free time for relaxation. Dinner & overnight in Munnar.
Day 4 : Munnar
Have a leisurely breakfast. Afterwards enjoy speed boat ride at Mattupetty Dam followed by visit to Echo point and Eravikulam National Park. En-route see the Tea Gardens. Dinner & overnight in Munnar.
Day 5 : Munnar – Periyar
Today proceed to Periyar. Upon arrival, we have free time for shopping at Kumily Spice Village. Later visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary - one of the popular national parks in India and famous as an elephant and tiger reserve. It is home to around 35 species of mammals like tiger, Indian elephant, gaur, sambar, wild pig, Indian giant squirrel, jungle cat, etc. Explore this wildlife sanctuary by sailing in the Periyar Lake. In the evening we enjoy Kalaripayattu show- an Indian martial art. Further also enjoy Kathakali show - is one of the oldest theater forms in the world. Dinner & overnight in Periyar.
Day 6 : Periyar – Aleppey
After breakfast proceed to Alleppey – known as ‘the Venice of the East’. Experience a wonderful stay on Kerala Houseboats and admire the scenic sites of lush paddy fields and coconut trees as we sail.
Day 7 : Aleppey – Trivendrum
Breakfast in hotel. Head over to Jatayu Earth Centre – which stands at an altitude of 350m (1200ft) above the sea level. Jatayu Nature Park holds the distinction of having the world’s largest bird sculpture, which is of Jatayu. Here take a cable car ride to reach at the main attraction, upon arrival visit Jatayu Sculpture, Audio -Visual museum, Rama Temple & Mini Theatre. Then transfer to Trivendrum – a capital city of Kerala. Dinner & overnight in Trivendrum.
Day 8 : Trivendrum – Kanyakumari - Trivendrum
Today full day Kanyakumari excursion. Take a Ferry ride to Swami Vivekanand Rock Memorial to see the meditation hall and smarak. Visit Kanyakumari Mandir, Tri-Samudra Milan, and Gandhi Mandapam. Here also enjoy the The 77-meter-long and 10-meter-wide Glass Bridge connects the Vivekananda Memorial with the Thiruvalluvar statue, it offers a unique experience of walking above the ocean and soaking in the beauty of the city. Then back to the hotel. Dinner & overnight in Trivendrum.
Day 9 : Trivendrum
Enjoy breakfast in hotel, later proceed to visit Padmanabh Swami Temple, Raja Ravi Varma Art Gallery. Enjoy free time at Kovalam Beach followed by a get-together with your travel companions in the evening. Dinner & overnight in Trivendrum.
Day 10 : Trivendrum
After breakfast proceed to Airport to board flight to back Kolkata.
