Terms & Conditions:
- .The rates are valid for minimum 15 adults travelling together at all times for group departure (expect Europian Countries).
- Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
- The Itinerary and the Hotel names as per your reference only. Final Itinerary and the hotel names will be provided in the final service voucher.
- All package rates are valid till date of departure.
- The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. GLOBAL Compass reserves the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
- At time of booking all relevant details e.g. photocopy of valid passport, rooming requirements, children's ages (if applicable) and all flight details must be provided.
- International Check in time & check out time as per hotel rules & regulations. Early check in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. It depends on the particular hotel at the time of check in.
- Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
- Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
- GLOBAL Compass is not responsible in the event of refusal of VISA and VISA fees are non-refundable.
- GLOBAL Compass is not responsible for any kind of Road block/Jam, Natural Calamities, Political Disturbance, force measure etc. In that case no refund or claim will be permissible.
- GLOBAL Compass is not responsible for any type of damage of hotel property and vehicle or any other public and private property done by our guest during tour. The guest who has done it, is solely responsible for these type of damage and also responsible for the cost of damage if any.
- Company has the right to amend the itinerary in case of emergency or any force measure or it is required for any reason.
- In case of amendment or cancellation of any tour, alternative or refund may not be possible.
- As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the client’s credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out.
- All guests need to take care of their belongings; we are not responsible for any loss, damages of bag, baggage, tickets, etc. during the tour.
- Payment of foreign currency portion mentioned in the quotation has to be paid in Indian Currency as per foreign exchange RBI (Selling rate) card board rate based on the final payment date.
- In coach food, drink and smoking is not allowed, a penalty may be applicable for such cases.
- No foreign currency is acceptable by us either in cash or in any equivalent kind.
- GLOBAL Compass is not responsible for any amendment or delusion of the terms & Conditions of third party services such as coach, flight, sight-seeing, hotel etc.
- All disputes will be settled in Kolkata jurisdiction only.
