Tour Itinerary :
Day 1: Arrive in Marseille
Upon arrival in Marseilles, transfer to hotel. Leisure time to explore the historic coastal town filled with great stories of the Renaissance. Overnight in Marseilles.
Day 2: Marseille
After breakfast, leave for city tour of Marseilles. Explore the corniche and the historic buildings. Marseille, a port city in southern France, has been a crossroads of immigration and trade since its founding by the Greeks circa 600 B.C. At its heart is the Vieux-Port (Old Port), where fishmongers sell their catch along the boat-lined quay. Basilique Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde is a Romanesque-Byzantine church. Modern landmarks include Le Corbusier’s influential Cité Radieuse complex and Zaha Hadid’s CMA CGM Tower. Overnight in Marseilles.
Day 03: Marseille – Saint Tropez – Cannes – Nice
After breakfast, leave early for Saint Tropez, spend the morning in the beautiful riviera side town. Saint Tropez is situated on the French Riviera, with picturesque beaches, clear waters, and a charming Provençal atmosphere. Then leave for Antibes. Antibes is a resort town between Cannes and Nice on the French Riviera (Côte d’Azur). It’s known for its old town enclosed by 16th-century ramparts with the star-shaped Fort Carré. After visiting Antibes, head towards Nice for overnight.
Day 04: Nice – Monaco – Antibes – Nice
After breakfast, leave for full day tour of Monaco, officially the Principality of Monaco, is a sovereign city-state and microstate on the French Riviera, making it one of the smallest countries in the world. Then leave for Antibes. Antibes is a resort town between Cannes and Nice on the French Riviera. It’s known for its old town enclosed by 16th-century ramparts with the star-shaped Fort Carré. After visiting Antibes, head towards Nice for overnight. Return to Nice for overnight.
Day 05: Nice – Genoa
After early breakfast, leave for Genoa. Genoa is coastal town in Italy, very close to Cinque Terre National Park. Overnight in Genoa.
Day 06: Genoa – Cinque Terre – Genoa
After breakfast, leave for full day tour of Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre is a string of centuries-old seaside villages on the rugged Italian Riviera coastline. In each of the 5 towns, colourful houses and vineyards cling to steep terraces, harbours are filled with fishing boats and trattorias turn out seafood specialties along with the Liguria region’s famous sauce, pesto. Return to genoa after completion. Overnight in Genoa.
Day 07: Genoa – Naples
Transfer to Naples after breakfast. Naples is most famous for Neapolitan Pizza, Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius. Complete city tour visiting the Piazza, Ovo Castle and Sansevero Chapel. Then overnight in Naples.
Day 08: Naples – Pompeii – Mt. Vesuvius – Naples
After breakfast, leave for full day tour of Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius. Pompeii is a vast archaeological site in southern Italy’s Campania region, near the coast of the Bay of Naples. Once a thriving and sophisticated Roman city, Pompeii was buried under meters of ash and pumice after the catastrophic eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. The preserved site features excavated ruins of streets and houses that visitors can freely explore. Return and overnight in Naples.
Day 09: Naples – Amalfi Coast – Naples
After breakfast, leave for Amalfi. Amalfi is the probably the best coastal town in all of Italy, popular for its picturesque and stunning coastline filled with varying altitudes and panoramic gardens. Spend the entire day in Amalfi and then return to Naples for overnight.
Day 10: End of Tour
After breakfast, leave for airport to flight back home.
